The Illustrious Pub Company is looking for a dynamic multi-faceted Pub/Restaurant Manager to run the daily operations of one of our traditional food lead English pubs in the Cambridge area.
The right candidate will most importantly be passionate about great food, real ales, fine wines and impeccable service.
They will have a strong business mind entwined with a proven track record of managing people. The candidate will have considerable experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate pub/restaurant or hotel back ground.
The ideal candidate will be excited by large volumes of diners as our pubs are extremely busy! You will have to be extraordinarily positive, proactive and self sufficient.

The Illustrious Pub Company is looking for an eager Sous Chef or an established Chef de Partie eager to move up and excel in one of our very high volume upmarket pub/restaurants in the Cambridge area.
The candidate will be excited about using only fresh produce, well sourced prime meats and wonderful Lowestoft fish.
They will have a strong background in the daily operations of a high volume kitchen. Duties will include the service of consistent high quality meals in a high pressure environment, stock control, the management of the health and safety of the kitchen and the development of menus.
The applicant will be punctual, hardworking, dedicated with an honest passion for the industry.
The ideal candidate will not only back up the Head Chef they will have a vision of becoming a Head Chef.

The right candidate will be standard driven
with huge ambition. They will have a strong passion for food and
a fundamental understanding of how a busy kitchen runs.

candidate will be very capable of running any section in the kitchen
and will be looking at learning and enhancing there abilities under
